Movement that grounds. Community that elevates.
Movement that grounds. Community that elevates.
KIN is a Pilates-led wellness practice based in Sydney, created to help people feel strong, centred, and connected.
Through intelligent movement, nervous-system awareness, and a deep commitment to community, KIN creates experiences that feel grounding and empowering. From sunrise pop-ups to private and corporate sessions, KIN is shaping a new kind of third space, a place to move, breathe, connect, and return to yourself.
THE STORY BEHIND KIN
Founded by Grace O’Connor, KIN grew from a simple idea: that movement feels better and life feels lighter when it’s done together.
Beginning her classical Pilates training in London and completing her certifications in Sydney, Grace shaped KIN as a space for intentional movement, meaningful connection, and a slower way of moving through life. Her teaching experience spans studios and communities across Sydney, informing the grounded, considered approach KIN is known for today.
As Grace’s teaching evolved, so did her understanding of what people were really seeking. Beyond strength or structure, she noticed a growing need for spaces that felt calmer, more human, and where movement could support the nervous system as much as the body.
KIN exists in response to that need: a practice rooted in presence, intention, and shared experience, designed for people navigating full, busy lives.
Everything we do is designed around one central belief:
When you move with intention and community, you move through life differently.
